Shipping and payment terms

All our prices include the VAT applicable in Germany. The shipping costs will also be displayed during the ordering process.

shipping conditions
The shipping costs for deliveries of security systems to Germany are €8.50 per package. The shipping costs for accessories (knurled screws, etc.) are €4.90. For orders worth €300 or more, shipping is free within Germany. Deliveries to other countries are of course possible; please ask for the current shipping costs by email.

payment terms
Pay conveniently and securely within Germany via Paypal or prepayment.

When transferring money from third countries, please use SEPA transfer via a Euro account because of the high bank charges. Any bank charges incurred are borne by the customer. The full amount must be transferred to our account.

delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days after order confirmation. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover the costs of the return shipment. Your rights arising from your right of withdrawal remain unaffected. If you wish to return an item, please contact us and coordinate your return with us.
